Black Friday Terms
Effective Date : November 13, 2021
These Terms and Conditions apply to the UV INTERNATIONAL TRADERS INC (Wellness Extract) Black Friday , Cyber Monday & Cyber Weekend promotions:
1) The Black Friday Promotions will begin at 12.00am (GMT) on 26th November 2021 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on 29th November 2016 (the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively. Also the promotions are valid only till the stock allocated for Black Friday & Cyber Monday lasts.
2) The Black Friday Promotional Offers are only valid on www.wellnessextract.com
3) All promotions are only valid on selected products as displayed on the website.
4) All items reduced prior to Black Friday will not receive any further discounting.
5) Black Friday deals are only available on new purchases and cannot be applied to past purchases, promotions, discounts, or any offers. You cannot return a past purchased item to purchase it again under the Blackfriday deals.
6) The promotions starts from 26th to 29th November 2021 – As Black Friday and Cyber Monday . The BFCM Black Friday & CYBER MONDAY promotions can be stopped early considering the stock availability.
7) Wellness Extract reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion.
8) Shipping Charges:
Canada = 12 CAD$ FLAT ( all Provinces, 2-4 days delivery).
USA = 1-2 Bottle = $5 USD 3+ Bottles = $9 USD
(FREE SHIPPING is not applicable on Black Friday & Cyber Monday Deals.)
9) The Black Friday deals are not to be used by the resellers and traders.Bulk buying and suspicious buying behaviour like over 6 bottles might be cancelled.
10) The promo codes are unique with limitations like “one time use only”, one coupon per person and they cannot be clubbed with any other offers.
11) Wellness Extract reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion.Cyber Weekend following the cyber monday can be cancelled.
12) The coupons with different offers cannot be clubbed together. The coupons are very specific to each products or combos.
13) Delivery is guaranteed but no standard Return and Refund Policy as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy applies to Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals.
We will send you strictly Black Friday & Cyber Monday Offer and service related announcements during the month of November when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if we the black friday is just round the corner [3-4 days ago], we may send you reminders to use codes and the process to do the same . Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

Changes to this privacy policy
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our Black Friday & Cyber MOnday Offers which are subjected to stock availibility. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address you used to join the waitlist for Black Friday and Cyber Monday) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our Black Friday & Cyber Monday terms and conditions.
